Return Policy

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

Eligibility

• Items in their original packaging with all tags attached
• Items in unworn, unused, and resalable condition
• Items with the original receipt or proof of purchase

Exceptions

• Items purchased on sale or clearance
• Gift cards
• Items damaged by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact customer service via email or phone to obtain a return authorization number (RAN).
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging or similar protective packaging.
3. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by customer service.

Refund or Exchange

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped to the address provided on your original order.

Warranty Policy
